A time to celebrate and give thanks!
The saying ‘time flies when you’re having fun!’ definitely rings true today. October 1st officially marks the first anniversary of the Music Runs Through It music series! I didn’t want to let the date slip by without taking a moment to celebrate and express appreciation on this noteworthy occasion.
The achievements of the past year have not happened alone. The partnership with Charlotte at Corked Wine Bar allowed us to set the scene for presenting top notch musicians in a cozy environment. Gary Morehouse has been contributing his talents as sound technician to ensure quality shows. Tony’s Music Box has lent great support by selling our tickets and promoting the shows. A good friend (who chooses to remain nameless) has prepared our posters and the UPS store has done a great job printing whatever we’ve needed. And YOU, our music loving friends, who have come out in great numbers to give your attention to the artists and enjoyed the live music experience with us! This success would not be possible without everyone’s contribution and I want to thank everyone who contributes so much to making this thrive.
